Copyright Permissions

Any individual, institution, or publisher who wishes to copy or excerpt material from one of Channel V Books’ titles must request and receive permission from Channel V Books before the information can be used.

All requests must be in writing.


The following information is required in order to process requests:

  1. Title of the Channel V Books published work from which the information comes.

  2. Page number(s) on which the requested material appears.

  3. Format in which the requested material will be reprinted, or how it will be used.

  4. Estimated number of pages the completed work will have.

  5. Retail price.

  6. Estimated date of publication.

  7. Name and mailing address of publisher.

  8. Name and mailing address of person requesting permission.
